Blender Vfx: 3d Video Composition steps

In this video I show the steps on how to create a Blender composition that consists of 3d objects and video footage. I had very nice and positive feedback on my last video, the render of the monster coming out of my desk, but one guy told me that he has no idea how to create such a video.
