Blender Compositing Tutorial: Spider in Ear Video

I created a Blender video composition that shows a spider that is crawling out of my ear. Of course this is not a real spider, it is an animated 3d object that casts shadows on a plane for that only shadows are rendered.. I use the techniques masking and tracking in this short movie and I give you an overview on how to use it. I can't cover all the details in this tutorial, but I will add more tutorials about this topics in which I will explain this features of Blender in detail.
