Krita's Fill tool: fill outlines and selections

In this tutorial, I want to show you how to use the fill tool to fill strokes cleanly. Will also see how to fill selections using a few simple shortcuts like shift backspace, which fills the selection with our foreground color. As far as the fill tool is concerned, Krita offers 2 different behaviors: on one end, it can work the same way as in Photoshop. This is the fast mode, which you toggle on or off by clicking the corresponding checkbox in the tool options docker. In fast mode, your fill will be aliased, but the tool will work very fast. Use this option when you want to do pixel art, concept art or quick sketches. Then, there is Krita’s regular fill mode. This one offers a few extra options to feather and to expand the flood fill area.
