How To Make A Light Up EL Panel Miami Heat Poster

In this video tutorial, we show you how to make your own light up poster using EL Panels, and vinyl. Vinyl is a great resource when working with Electroluminescent materials like EL Tape and Panels, because it does a great job blocking the light where you don't want it to be seen. In this particular video, we show how the whole panel lights up except for the logo, however you can use the other part of the material to light up the negative.
